On this job we placed and fixed approximately 10-tonnes of reo into two identical OSD tank bases. The tying of reo on the first base was completed using the conventional method, and was carried out by a team of 4 crew member in ~1  hour. The second base was completed by a single crew member and took just 30-minutes. Comparing the two bases indicates an 8-fold increase in productivity, which is quite profound. Great products & excellent service

The RT-40 saved many hours labour and did not leave offcuts to clean up. It is excellent! On a 300m2 job I needed only 3 guys instead of 6 and tying the rebar using the RT-40 tie wire machine took 4 hours instead of 2 days. It does not leave offcuts like doing it by hand. This saved a 4 hour clean up before the pour.

I’m a hydronic heating installer and I use my RT40-A for slab heating. It’s definitely my favourite new toy, and it’s easily paid for itself in the few jobs I’ve done with it. This gig has 700 metres of pipe in it, this used to be 2 guys and sore backs and hands. It’s now a solid day for one person, and a thousand times easier on the back. 👍👍

We have guys who buy these and wonder why they didn’t do it years ago!

What a great tool. I had to buy 2 of them. As we do many industrial and commercial concreting, tying up mesh can be a time waster. Thanks to the tiewire gun we can get that mesh tied up in less than half the time. Absolutely great product and very easy to use as well as safe. It is also lightweight which makes it even more easier to grab hold on.

We received the first rebar tying gun for our steel fixers to trial a few months ago.  Not only has our crew made meaningful gains in terms of the time spent tying, they also find the process far less fatiguing by eliminated the need to constantly bend down to wrap and cut the tie wires.

This has lead to a measurable increase in productivity, delivering a bankable improvement in the amount of steel placed per hour, as well as reducing the repetitive stress our crew members must endure on site. We now get more work done in less hours and/or with less personnel, which has allowed us to confidently reduce the rate per tonne our clients are charged

Just finished up a job with 1100 metres of pipe for heating a slab. It took two days for one person, and used around 22 rolls of wire. The RT40 didn’t miss a beat, I didn’t even need to change the battery.

Hydronic heating installation is a whole lot easier and faster with this tie gun. Quick, reliable and economical to use, it’s an absolute must in my opinion. Great company to deal with too.
