Select an appropriate rebar bending machine
First, make sure that your rebar bender is compatible with the size of the steel bars you are working with. Our ERB-16 Electric Rebar Bender suits 4-16mm steel bars. It can bend them to 90 degrees in approximately 5 seconds, thanks to the industrial-strength machine head and powerful 220-240V – 1200W single-phase motor driving a precise hydraulic pump.
We also offer an industrial bar bender for 6-25mm and 6-32mm reinforcing steel bars. CRB-25 and CRB-32 effortlessly bend rebar in approximately 2.5 seconds. These machines are driven by a 220-240V AC – 50 Hz electric motor with up to 1050 or 2400W power output.
Ensure sufficient working space
Our bar benders are compact and portable, so they are ideal for various worksite setups. But even with this compact design, bar benders should never be used in tight spots that restrict movement where there could be risks of accidental bumps or entanglement.
Store it properly
